Dynasty Terms & Conditions

Hotel & Apartments:

  • All payments need to be settled in full before arrival.
  • We accept VISA, MASTER and Bank Debit cards. Payment via American Express and Dinners Club Card will be charge a 3% handling fee. We also accept payment via EFT, but please note that reservations will only be confirmed on clearance of funds.
  • Quotations are valid for 3 Days (72 hours) from time of issue and may be subject to change thereafter.
  • All accommodation reservations subject to any special rate are non-refundable
  • Normal rate reservations (not subject to any specials or discounts) cancelled before 14 days of arrival and, may be subject to partial or full refund
  • Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable
  • All rooms/apartments are subject to a safety deposit (payable on arrival) as follows:
  • all hotel rooms – R800
  • 1 bedroom apartment – R1200
  • 2 bedroom apartment – R1500
  • 4 bedroom apartment – R2000
  • 4 bedroom penthouse & clusters – R2500
  • Safety deposits will be refunded less any loss or damages on check out if the deposit is paid by credit card hold or cash. If the deposit is paid by eft we will endeavour to refund the money to the account from which it came within 3 working days after check-out.
  • Damages often relate to stained towels and linen. We encourage guests to be careful with make-up and hair dyes which often lead to discolouration for which the client will be liable
  • Additional services such as Laundry (self-serviced or serviced) and Breakfast attract additional charges. Breakfast and other meals are by pre-arrangement only. Please book the day before
  • Check out is 10:00am, late check out can be arranged by request up to 12:00 noon. Any check out after 12:00 noon, will be charged with additional day accommodation.
  • Check in is 14:00pm, early check in can be arranged by request and depends on availability.
  • Strict no smoking policy applies to all rooms, units and public areas. A fine of R1000 will be levied against any offending party
  • Our establishment is situated in the heart of a residential area and low noise level restrictions apply. Occupants are requested to keep noise contained to their own unit/room at all times, but especially between the hours of 22h00 and 07h00 as a respectful courtesy to other occupants. The establishment reserves the right to immediately evict or escort off the premises any offending party who refuses to comply, with no refund of any payments made. In addition the occupant may be fined R3000 as well as the forfeiture of any security deposit.
  • All clients (and family/guests of the client) occupy the residence and make use of any and all facilities at the premises at their own risk. The client indemnifies the business, its owners, management and any staff against any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may result from occupying the unit or making use of any of the facilities or participating in any recreational activity available at the premises whatsoever.
  • We pride ourselves in hiring the best and most trustworthy personages. However clients are advised to keep their valuables safe at all times. The client indemnifies the business, its owners, management and any staff against any loss of any personal possessions that may occur during their stay on the premises
  • The management reserves the right to increase prices without prior notification (usually 10% on 1st March annually)
  • Dynasty Property Group and its affiliated companies are registered with the TPN Credit Bureau where we record all account payment profiles, behaviors and patterns as per the National Credit Act

 

Restaurant & Conference:

  • All pre-booked events are payable in full at least 7days before arrival
  • Events cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable

  • Our normal operating hours of our Restaurant and Conference venue is from 7h00 to 22h30.
  • We are fully licensed to serve liquor from 10am until our closing time.
  • Our establishment is situated in the heart of a residential area and low noise level restrictions apply. Guests are requested to keep noise contained at all times. The establishment reserves the right to immediately evict or escort off the premises any offending party who refuses to comply, with no obligation for compensation or refund of any payments made. In addition the client may be fined R3000 as well as the forfeiture of any security deposit.
  • All events are subject to a safety deposit (payable on or before arrival). The amount varies depending on the size and nature of the event. Refund of the deposit will be processed the next working day after the event. Refund of deposit may be delayed in the instance where damages require external attendance /quantification
  • Where applicable, we endeavor to meet our catering as specified, however the kitchen reserves the right to make modifications as may be required by non-availability of ingredients or other unforeseen circumstances

Long Term:

  • Payment need to be settled in full upon arrival and payment is strictly due on the 1st every month, if the payment is not received by the 7th: the LESSOR reserves the right to exercise terms and conditions set out in the Lease Agreement.
  • For late payment: Interest is at 16.5% per annum and a R330 charge per reminder letter/email.
  • Additional parking charged at R990 for underground parking and R660 per month and R50 per night for other parking.
  • Check in and check out times is Mon – Fri (normal business day) between 8.30am to 4.30pm. Any check in or out request during the public holiday, Saturday, Sunday and outside the normal working hours, will be charged an overtime fee of R600.
  • Internet charged at R450 per month and DSTV at R1100 per month.
  • Service of the unit, garden and/or swimming pool (if applicable), needs to be done weekly. Details refer to the Lease Agreement. Should you wish to let us to service certain areas for you, please enquire with housekeeping@dynastypropgroup.com and/or the Lease Agreement.
  • Invoice of water and electricity will be sent to the LESSEE as soon as they are received by the Office, please provide proof of payment to LESSOR at info@dynastypropgroup.com in order for the credit to be reflected.
  • Cleaning of Self Catering units cost R220 per clean; Hotel Room cost R110 per clean; Linen cleaning and change – R110 per room per change;
  • It is LESSEE’s responsibility to notify the LESSOR two months prior the end of the Lease Agreement, whether the LESSEE like to extend or move out when the lease expires.
  • Smoking in the unit or public area is not allowed by law. The staying guest(s) agree that the penalty of R1000 will be payable by the staying guest.
  • The staying guest(s) agree that the staying guest(s) will not allow any person in occupation, or any of the staying guest’ visitors, to make loud noise after 22:00pm and before 7:30am. The staying guest(s) agree that the penalty of R3000 will be payable by himself and if noise continues, the staying guest(s) agree to be evacuated immediately with no refund of any payments made.
  • All prices will increase 10% annually on 01st Mar each year without any notice.
  • The staying guest(s) acknowledge that the staying guest(s), together with their family and guests occupy the unit and use the facilities at the premise at their own risk. The staying guest(s), in thier personal capacity and on behalf of their family and guests, indemnify the premise, its management and staff against any loss, damage or injury of whatever nature which the staying guest(s), or their family or guests may suffer in the course of occupying the unit or making use of any of the premise facilities of participating in any recreational activity available at the premises.
